the location is excellent for seeing the sights. breakfast had a wonderful selection. the room was comfortable and clean. onsite parking offered good security for my vehicle.
the pool area is small and felt crowded. finding a free lounger was difficult due to the number of guests. the rooftop bar lacked shade, the sun was too intense to sit there comfortably during the afternoon.

i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. the room was ready despite our early arrival (train schedules, you know). inside, everything was spotlessly clean. we had a great view of the city from our window. i appreciated the location, a short walk to the Roman Bridge put us right in the city center.

the breakfast included a nice selection, and we could sit on the patio with our dog, very convenient. the coffee provided was quite good (especially the cappuccino!).

the staff arranged a crib and towels in advance, since i was travelling with a young baby. they offered a very warm welcome to my dog, including treats, a dog bed, and a water bowl. the reception staff was helpful.

the hotel is located across the river, very close to the Roman Bridge. the hotel is a short walk to the Mezquita, about 10 to 15 minutes. i booked a city-view room to get a fine view of both the Mezquita and the bridge.

the rooftop terrace provided excellent views. there is a rooftop swimming pool, a real swimming pool. the hotel has its own underground parking garage, convenient.

the hotel location is great. it is near the roman bridge. the room was also spacious and i liked that the bathroom was very nice.
the breakfast room felt too big and not cozy. there were loud scraping sounds whenever someone got up from their chair. also, the staff i meet at breakfast was not friendly
